Effective: October 30, 2026

These terms apply to lowcountrylistingaudits.com and to the services of Lowcountry Listing Audits, a trade name of Nathan Bridges, sole proprietor, Pooler, Georgia. By ordering or paying, you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide audits of public short-term rental listings, with scores, recommended fixes, and rewritten listing copy, as described on the site and in your order confirmation.

2. Important disclaimers

Lowcountry Listing Audits is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo, the City of Savannah, Chatham County, or the City of Tybee Island. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc. Audits are opinions based on publicly visible information on the date reviewed; we do not guarantee any increase in bookings, rankings, occupancy, or revenue. Our STVR certificate visibility check is not legal advice, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, real estate, or permitting advice; contact the City or a licensed professional about permits, ordinances, taxes, or zoning. You are responsible for any changes you make to your listing and for following each platform's terms.

2a. AI assistants

We use AI assistants to help read client emails, review public listings, and draft audits. Client files may be stored on a private cloud computer we control. Nathan Bridges oversees the work, and you can ask for a human review of any deliverable by emailing audits@lowcountrylistingaudits.com. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information and only material you have the right to share. Review all deliverables before you use them.

4. Payment

Prices are listed on the site in U.S. dollars. Payment is through a Stripe payment link sent by email. There are no subscriptions unless an add-on is expressly offered as recurring.

5. Refunds and cancellation

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use your deliverables for your own purposes. We may keep copies for our records and may share anonymized excerpts only with your permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost contracts, or lost bookings or employment.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve any billing issue.

9. Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Chatham County, Georgia.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
