Refund & Cancellation Policy — Lowcountry Listing Audits
Effective: October 30, 2026
- Before the audit starts: if I haven't started your audit, you get a full refund.
- After delivery: if you're unhappy with a delivered audit, tell me within 7 days and we'll work it out.
- Snapshot credit: the full $149 counts toward a Full Audit if you upgrade within 30 days.
- Portfolio Audit ($299 per listing for 3–5 listings, $269 per listing for 6 or more): same refund rule as the Full Audit, applied per listing: any listing whose audit hasn't started gets a full refund.
- Quarterly re-audit add-on ($129 per listing): a one-time purchase each time; it does not renew automatically.
Refunds are by request only: email audits@lowcountrylistingaudits.com with your name and order details to ask for a refund or to cancel. We do not initiate refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe usually returns funds within 5–10 business days; your bank controls final timing.
