Lowcountry Listing Audits is a trade name of Nathan Bridges, a sole proprietor based in Pooler, Georgia ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through lowcountrylistingaudits.com and our email, phone, and payment channels.

1. Information we collect

We never ask for your Airbnb, Vrbo, or other platform password or dashboard access. Please do not send them.

2. Cookies and tracking

We use no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or third-party web fonts. Our host, Cloudflare, may set these strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from bots:

These cookies are not used for advertising or to track you across sites. You can block cookies in your browser, but the security check may then fail. Traffic and security data (such as IP address, browser user agent, page requested, and country) is visible in our Cloudflare account for about 31 days. Cloudflare's own handling is described at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. 3. How we use information, and AI assistants

AI disclosure: we use AI assistants to help read client emails, review public listings, and draft audits. Client emails and files may be stored on a private cloud computer we control. Nathan Bridges oversees this work and reviews every deliverable. You can ask for a human review of anything we send you by emailing audits@lowcountrylistingaudits.com.

To provide, deliver, and bill for audits of public short-term rental listings, with scores, recommended fixes, and rewritten listing copy; to reply to you; to send emails you asked for; to keep the site and our accounts secure; and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

4. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business:

The notice will tell you what information was involved and what we are doing about it. Residents of other states will receive any notice their state's law requires.

7a. Marketing email

If we email you about our services, our marketing emails include our mailing address and an unsubscribe option. Reply "unsubscribe" (or email audits@lowcountrylistingaudits.com) and we will stop within 10 business days. We keep a do-not-contact list so you are not emailed again.
